We do not accept returns because we sell personalized products. Once your order is placed, your items are custom-made specifically for you, so returns are not possible. However, in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately at aleinadigital@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges cannot be made in the following cases:
- Personalized products (custom designs or items with added names),
- Sale items,
- Gift cards.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available for personalized products. However, if there is an issue with a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us for assistance.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Personalized products are exempt from the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period regulations. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Refunds
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will review your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
